Very exciting day at the Technopop Festival, a fully immersive technology exhibition alongside an interactive 4-week programme of educational workshops and events. It’s happening in the middle of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Thanks Technopop for inviting me.

Talk: ‘User informed objects’ introduces a shift in the order of use – Using 3d algorithms and sensor personal data streams, we can now capture user behaviour patterns and ergonomic characteristics. Over time we can study our user communities and propose better products and services with enhanced performance and better fit. The user can be fully visualised and is in the centre of what we do.
It is about the notion of ‘in touch’ and how can we stay ‘in touch’ with our user communities. It is a shift from ‘Consumer’ to ‘user’ into a ‘partner’

Assa talk at 3D print show London, friday september 5th at 3pm
The talk will focus on some of the new digital tools we have developed at www.digitalforming.com in particular highlighting the benefits within this new circular digital workflow. We will present an array of technicians and forms of 3D interactions, design and manufacturing. a new project with stratasys multi colour and multi material will be discussed.

we are happy to be part of this nicely curated by Alexandra Goddard and very beautifully designed exhibition hosted at one of London’s romantic museums for the home at east London.
Showing together some good friends including Tord Boontje, Donna Wilson, Tomoko Azumi, William Warren and other great designers…
This special exhibition showcases a selection of cutting edge design for the home by both well-established industry figures and emerging talent. A broad range of domestic products, from furniture to wallpaper and textiles, lighting to technology, is on show, spilling out into the museum’s gardens with a display of innovative garden furniture design. As well as highlighting local design from Hackney and London, the show looks further afield and includes work by leading national and international designers.
